The CANPBD at OSU offers its students a seminar-style class each year. This class includes invited lecturers, written assignments, and presentations by each of the students. The goals of this class are to introduce the students to current research in the nanotechnology field, familiarize them with a particular subject (e.g. in AU 2006 the students wrote a paper on the Ethical and Societal issues related to their own research), and to familiarize all the students with the research underway within the center.
