Our
goals are to develop:
- affordable nanoscale device fabrication technologies using both non-cleanroom and cleanroom-based methods; and
- reliable embossing/imprinting processes and characterization of fabricated devices and nanofeatures.
Items (a) and (b) support all the Testbeds.
